Is it necessary to register on the site to make a purchase?

Do you ensure the integrity of the products during the shipment?

Yes, our products are shipped, packed securely and protected from any accidental situation. 

If the delivered package is manifestly demage, what should I do?

If your order arrives in a way that does not correspond to what you ordered or is demaged either internally or externally, do not hesitate to contact us within 15 working days (as stipulated by the european legal decree for online orders).

What are the delivery terms?

In Italy, the items are dispatched within 24/48 working hours from the order, unless otherwise specified for re-supply. Delivery is from 24/48 hours up to 7 working days in Italy.

What are the payment methods?

All orders are considered to be acquired once payment has been done and are always inclusive of transport costs. The customer can make the payment by choosing one of the following methods:

  • Payment with credit cards, a secure and reliable payment method. Once the purchase is completed, you will be directed to the payment gateway.
  • Bank transfer to our bank account.
